I was terrified that we were buying a house  - and in the busiest market EVER (or it felt like that!). You totally calmed me down and walked us through the whole process. I felt devastated that we kept losing out, but you kept saying "it's okay, this just isn't YOUR home" And you were right! You had our back from day one and never deemed to doubt that OUR home was out there, waiting for us. I think you're psychic! S&S

Never through the calls, texts and e-mails did she ever make us feel like we were "bothering" her, if we saw something we wanted to see, she got to work on making it happen! Since our move in, she's checked to see how we were making out and she's still available for help and advice. G & S

You would think it would be an absolute nightmare, trying to buy a house when you live in another country, but Keri was amazing. She showed us houses by video chat and provided so much information about the area where they were – where grocery stores, restaurants, schools were and so much more! She didn’t even let the time difference get in the way. She helped us with getting a mortgage and a lawyer and so much more that she really didn’t need to. I only wish she’d been able to deal with our immigration too! A&A
